* The warranty validates from date of purchase for a period of 180 days (6 months).
During this period, Qlink will at its option, repair or replace the parts and components, which are covered by warranty, at no additional charge.

* The intactness of the manufacturer＊s seal
Only the Qlink products purchased at Qlink IT & Electronic Centre. If products were purchased from our distributors all over the country, please return them with your receipt to their shops for repair.

• All repair products are subject to review by our Repair Department.
• Repair parts and replacement products will be furnished on an exchange basis and will be either reconditioned or new.
• All replacement parts and products become the property of Qlink.
• All return products shall be repaired or replaced within 14 working days from the date of return.
• Products returned to Qlink which are incomplete (i.e. missing components etc.), will be assessed charges to replace such missing components.
• Normal ※Wear & Tear§ as determined by our Repair Department, is not covered by this warranty.

The warranty period has expired.
Any failure or malfunction due to:

1) misuse, abuse, negligence, modification or physical damage;
2) lack of proper maintenance;
3) repair by any unauthorized person ;
4) damage caused by abnormal voltage or connection to an improper input voltage;
5) damage caused by improper transportation, accident or natural disaster
6) damage caused by exposure to damaging elements;

Qlink will evaluate for a minimum charge per unit.
Additional parts and labor charges may apply.
